CLAIMS
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR FIREWORKS PLEASE CHECK YOU HAVE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF ITEMS BEFORE SIGNING. ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE MUST BE MADE TO BRACKNELL FIREWORKS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE FIRST DELIVERY.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CARRIERS DO NOT ALWAYS DELIVER THE FULL CONSIGNMENT AT THE SAME TIME.
CARRIERS WILL NOT DELIVER UNLESS SOMEONE CAN SIGN FOR GOODS AT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Where the total amount of explosives contained in any fireworks supplied to an individual or company by Star Fireworks is greater than 50 kg net weight, we are required by The Fireworks Regulations 2004 to obtain the name and address of the person we are supplying the fireworks to, the date of supply, and the details of any person to whom our customer proposes to further supply the fireworks to. We are not able to supply you with the fireworks unless you provide us with this information, and it is an offence to supply information that you know or believe to be incorrect.
Where applicable the company complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We offer a seven day cancellation period from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. This cancellation period does not extend to special orders, i.e orders which have been custom assembled at the customers request and is therefore, not an off the shelf item, this includes modified kits and kits with additional items. In the event of cancellation the customer must notify Star Fireworks in writing to:

Fireworks are hazardous goods and as such can only be returned to us by a specialised carrier. Upon receipt of written confirmation of cancellation Star Fireworks will notify the customer of how and when the goods are to be collected. In the event of cancellation a charge will levied to the customer for collection and will be retained from any refund given, as will the cost of delivery.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be paid for faulty goods provided they have been used in accordance with their written instructions. Liability will not be accepted by Star Fireworks where Force Majeure is considered to have been a factor of failure. Non-exhaustive illustrations of such circumstances are adverse weather conditions, Acts of God, fire, floods, strikes, Government action or regulations, delays by suppliers, accidents, shortage of materials, labour or manufacturing facilities. Liability will not be accepted where the Company deems the products have not been used correctly or for the purpose for which they were intended
Star Fireworks undertakes to replace or refund the product where the goods have been deemed to be faulty, i.e manufacturing defect or damage caused prior to delivery. Where a refund is deemed to be appropriate, the sum will be paid in pounds sterling and refunded to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods or paid by cheque if requested.
All carriage costs are non refundable, including collection of returned goods.
